The high-power diode laser head has a wavelength of 976nm and its power ranges from 500W－5000W. Its focal point has an mm-sized rectangle or square beam shape and it’s therefore the best choice for the material surface cladding, repairing and heat treatment. With a short wavelength and 50% high power conversion efficiency, the new product has a significant advantage over the traditional CO2? laser in regards of laser cladding and material surface treatment.
